May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine upon us, Selah
This psalm is a prayer for God's blessing upon His people. The psalmist begins by asking God to be gracious and to bless them. He then prays that God's ways may be known on earth and His salvation among all nations. The psalmist acknowledges that all the peoples of the earth should praise and worship God for His goodness and justice. The psalmist expresses the desire for the earth to yield its harvest and for God to bless His people abundantly. He ends the psalm by proclaiming that all the ends of the earth will fear and worship God.
