Easy Bible・Ezekiel 39
Ezekiel 39:25
"Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will now bring Jacob back from captivity and will have compassion on all the people of Israel, and I will be zealous for my holy name.
In this chapter, God declares His victory over Gog, the enemy of Israel, and promises to restore His people. The Lord will bring Gog and his armies against Israel, but He will defeat them with great power. The battle will be so fierce that it will take seven months to bury the dead and cleanse the land. God will display His glory among the nations, and Israel will know that He is their God. After the battle, God will bring His people back to their land and bless them abundantly. He will pour out His Spirit on them and they will no longer be ashamed of their past sins. The Lord will gather them from the nations and restore their fortunes. They will live in peace and security, and the nations will recognize that God is with Israel. This chapter reminds us that God is in control of all nations and He will bring judgment on those who oppose His people. It also gives us hope that God will restore and bless His people, showing His faithfulness and love. As believers, we can trust in God's victory over our enemies and His plan to bring restoration and blessings in our lives.
