Easy Bible・Acts 20
Acts 20:28
Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood.
In Acts 20, Paul gathers the elders of the church in Ephesus and gives them a farewell speech. He reminds them of his ministry among them and the trials he faced. Paul emphasizes the importance of being shepherds to the flock of God, warning them to be on guard against false teachings and false teachers. He encourages them to work hard and help the weak, reminding them of the words of Jesus: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.' Finally, Paul prays with the elders and bids them farewell, knowing that he will not see them again.
