About this Chapter

In the final chapter of 2 Corinthians, Paul gives his last warnings and greetings to the Corinthians. He urges them to examine themselves and make sure they are living in the faith. He reminds them that he will be coming to visit them soon, and he hopes that they will be living in a way that is pleasing to God when he arrives. Paul encourages the Corinthians to aim for perfection and to be of one mind with each other. He reminds them of the importance of living in peace and love, and he prays that the grace of Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit will be with them. In his closing remarks, Paul sends greetings from the saints in Macedonia. He encourages the Corinthians to greet one another with a holy kiss as a sign of their love and unity. He ends his letter with a prayer for the Corinthians to experience the love, grace, and fellowship of the triune God.
