Galatians 3:28
There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
In Galatians 3, Paul emphasizes that all believers, regardless of their background or social status, are one in Christ Jesus. He starts by reminding the Galatians that they received the Holy Spirit through faith, not by observing the law. Paul then uses the example of Abraham, the father of the Jewish nation, to show that even he was justified by faith and not by works of the law. Paul explains that the purpose of the law was to lead people to Christ, and now that Christ has come, believers are no longer under the supervision of the law. Instead, they are all children of God through faith in Jesus Christ. Paul further explains that in Christ, there is no distinction between Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male or female. All believers are one in Christ Jesus and are heirs according to the promise. He emphasizes that they are no longer bound by the divisions and hierarchies of the world, but are united in their faith in Christ. Paul concludes by saying that if they belong to Christ, then they are Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise.
