Word of Life

Beloved child, in the light of our Lord, we find ourselves navigating the complex tapestry of human existence, seeking wisdom and understanding. The question of condoning unjust behavior is one that resonates deeply within the heart of our faith. Our sacred scriptures remind us in Micah 6:8 (NIV): "He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God." In this divine directive, we find the essence of our calling - to uphold justice, to extend mercy, and to walk humbly in the presence of the Almighty. To condone unjust behavior is to stray from the path of righteousness and to forsake the calling of our faith. As followers of Christ, we are beckoned to be beacons of light in a world often shrouded in darkness. This means standing firm against injustices, whether they are small or great, and aligning our actions with the teachings of our Savior. In Ephesians 5:11 (NIV), we are exhorted: "Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them." This scripture calls us to reject and confront wrongdoing, to shine the light of truth upon it, and to seek reconciliation and healing through the love and grace of our Lord. May your heart be filled with the courage to stand for what is right, the compassion to extend mercy, and the humility to walk in the wisdom of our Creator. Seek guidance through prayer and immerse yourself in the Word, for therein lies the strength and clarity you seek. May peace and grace be with you always.
