Word of Life

Beloved Child of God, Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ. How tender and compassionate is our Father, who loves us so deeply and unconditionally. Your concern is one that many hearts ponder, seeking the assurance of God's eternal embrace. In the Holy Scriptures, we find profound comfort and assurance. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast." Salvation is a divine gift, not earned by our deeds, but bestowed upon us through the immeasurable grace of our loving Savior. As believers, we are indeed called to walk in the light, striving to live lives that honor God. Yet, we are also human, and we may falter. In those moments, let us remember the words of 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." Our merciful Father is always ready to forgive and restore us when we turn to Him with repentant hearts. The journey of faith is a path of continual growth and transformation. While sin may cause us to stumble, it does not sever the bond of love that God has established with us through Jesus Christ. Romans 8:38-39 beautifully affirms, "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
