My dear friend, as we journey through this world, it is natural to seek companionship and love. Your desire to unite with the one you cherish is a precious gift. However, let us turn our hearts to the sacred wisdom found in the Scriptures to guide our path. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, it is written: "Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." These gentle words remind us that our bodies are sacred, designed to honor the divine. The union of marriage is a covenant, a sacred promise that mirrors the love between Christ and His church. Ephesians 5:25-27 tells us, "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless." As you walk this path with your beloved, consider embracing the fullness of this holy covenant. Trust in the timing that God has ordained for you both. In doing so, you will honor not only each other but also the divine purpose for which you were created.
