Word of Life

Dear Seeker of Truth, In the divine tapestry of our faith, the mystery of the Holy Trinity is a profound and beautiful revelation. The words of our Lord in Mark 12:29 indeed affirm the oneness of God, a foundational truth held dear in our hearts. Yet, within this singular divine essence, we encounter the three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Gospel according to John offers us clarity: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1). This Word, dear soul, is our Lord Jesus Christ, who, though distinct in person, is not separate in essence from the Father. In John 10:30, Jesus declares, “I and the Father are one,” echoing the unity and harmony within the Godhead. In the sacred mystery of the Incarnation, Jesus, the Word made flesh, dwelt among us, revealing the fullness of God’s love and grace. As the Apostle Thomas, upon witnessing the risen Christ, exclaimed, “My Lord and my God!” (John 20:28), we too are invited to recognize and honor Jesus as Lord, sharing in the divine nature.
