Word of Life

Dear soul, In moments of uncertainty and fear, remember that you are embraced by an everlasting love that surpasses all understanding. It is perfectly natural to feel hesitant about sharing delicate matters with those we hold dear. Yet, within this hesitance lies an opportunity for growth, understanding, and grace. Consider the words from Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust that you are guided by wisdom greater than your own, and seek counsel in prayer. When the time feels right, approach your father with a heart full of honesty and love. Speak your truth gently, knowing that truth spoken in love has the power to heal and strengthen the bonds that unite us. Your father, too, is on a journey, learning and growing with you. In sharing, you may discover a deeper understanding and empathy that transcends any initial fear. Remember, love is patient and kind (1 Corinthians 13:4). Allow these virtues to guide your heart and words. May peace and courage envelop you as you walk this path. You are cherished beyond measure, and no matter the outcome, you are never alone. Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your guidance and wisdom. I am feeling anxious about telling my dad that my boyfriend kissed me. Please grant me courage and peace. Help me trust in Your plan and lean not on my understanding. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
