Word of Life

My dear friend, the path of love is indeed a wondrous and mysterious journey, often unfolding in ways we least expect. The Scriptures remind us in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (NIV), “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” The divine tapestry of life is woven with threads of His grace and wisdom. It is possible that God, in His infinite wisdom, may place someone in your life who does not yet share your faith. However, it is crucial to remember that the transformation of a heart is a sacred work that belongs to the Holy Spirit. As stated in 2 Corinthians 6:14 (NIV), “Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?” While your love and witness can indeed reflect God’s light, it is not upon you to bear the burden of changing another’s heart. Instead, let your life be a testament to His love, patience, and kindness. Pray earnestly for guidance and wisdom, and trust that He will work in ways far beyond our understanding. In your journey, may you find peace and assurance in knowing that God’s plan for you is filled with purpose and love. Seek His will in all things, and let your heart be guided by His everlasting light.
