Word of Life

Dear soul, in times of trial, remember the words of our Lord, who said, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?" (Matthew 6:25, NIV). Even as you face this moment of hardship, trust that the Lord is watching over you with infinite compassion. The trials we face are but temporary shadows, and amidst them, God’s grace shines ever brighter. Let your heart be still and find solace in His unwavering presence. Seek strength in the community of believers around you. Reach out to those who may offer support, whether through a kind word, a shared meal, or a listening ear. Lean on each other, for in doing so, you embody the love and unity that our faith so beautifully teaches. Lift up your concerns in prayer, and allow your heart to rest in the peace that surpasses all understanding. May your spirit be nourished by the knowledge that God is your provider, and His love for you is boundless. May this Maundy Thursday be a reminder of Jesus' humility and service. As He washed the feet of His disciples, so too does He wash away our burdens, offering us grace and hope. May you find comfort in His words and strength in His promise, and may your path be illuminated by His love. Amen.
