Remember, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9, NIV). The whispers of temptation may feel overwhelming, akin to a storm within. Yet, know this—within you also lies the quiet strength to rise above. The very fact that you seek forgiveness and strength is evidence of the Spirit's work in you. “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear” (1 Corinthians 10:13, NIV). Do not let guilt overshadow your worthiness in His eyes. You are cherished beyond measure. When you feel unworthy, remember the story of the prodigal son, who was welcomed with open arms despite his wanderings (Luke 15:11-32, NIV).
