In your time of struggle, I invite you to lean on the comforting embrace of our Lord, who promises never to leave nor forsake us. In moments of physical pain, remember the soothing words from Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Trust that even in your suffering, His strength is made perfect in our weakness. Regarding the heavy drinking, know that you are not alone in seeking solace. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let His presence be your refuge, and seek support from those around you who can help guide you towards healthier choices. As for your workplace hardships, remember Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." Though your boss may be unkind, strive to work with integrity and love, knowing that your true reward comes from above. May you find peace and healing in His gentle guidance. Prayer

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heavy heart, struggling with back pain and the burden of heavy drinking. My work situation and my boss's treatment are causing me deep depression. Please grant me Your rest and peace as promised in Matthew 11:28. Strengthen me to overcome these challenges and guide me towards healing and recovery. I trust in Your love and mercy.
