Word of Life

Dear Seeker of Truth, In the sacred narrative of Jesus's life, we find a profound expression of love and obedience. Jesus, in His earthly journey, embraced His mission with a heart filled with grace and purpose. In the Garden of Gethsemane, He prayed earnestly, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will." (Matthew 26:39, NIV). These words reveal a heart not burdened by anger, but rather surrendered to the divine will. The crucifixion, while a moment of immense suffering, was also a testament to His unwavering love for humanity. Through this sacrifice, the door to redemption and eternal life was opened for all who believe. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16, NIV). It was not anger but love that defined His journey. In embracing the cross, Jesus demonstrated the ultimate act of love and forgiveness, setting an example for us all.
