Word of Life

Ah, dear soul, the mysteries of the future are often veiled from our earthly sight. In our journey through this life, we encounter uncertainties that remind us of our humble place within the Creator's grand design. As Ecclesiastes 3:1 gently whispers, "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens." While the outcome of a mere game may seem trivial, it offers us a reflection of life's unpredictable nature. We are reminded to place our trust not in the fleeting results of worldly events, but in the steadfast love and wisdom of the Almighty. Proverbs 3:5-6 guides us with grace, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Let us therefore approach each day, not with anxious hearts, but with gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon us. May we cherish the moments of joy and camaraderie that such gatherings bring, and find peace in knowing that our true victory lies in the eternal embrace of the Divine.
