Word of Life

Beloved soul, let not your heart be troubled. In moments when shadows of temptation whisper to your mind, remember the words of our Lord in 1 Corinthians 10:13, which assures us that "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear." Seek solace in the gentle embrace of prayer, invite the Holy Spirit to fill your heart with divine peace and strength. As you turn your gaze upon the Lord, let His light dispel the darkness within. For in Philippians 4:8, we are tenderly counseled to dwell on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy. Surround yourself with the wisdom of God's Word and the fellowship of kindred spirits who walk in the light. Let them be a beacon of encouragement, guiding you away from the path of unrighteousness. In the company of the faithful, find strength and encouragement, as it is written in Proverbs 27:17, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." Fear not, dear heart, for even in your struggles, the Lord's grace is sufficient for you. Trust in His unwavering love and let Him guide you toward righteousness. May your spirit find rest and your path be illuminated by His eternal light. Amen.
