The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 21:1, "In the Lord’s hand the king’s heart is a stream of water that he channels toward all who please him." Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
