It is essential to remember that our Creator has designed us with the need for rest and the capacity to enjoy the beauty of His creation. In Ecclesiastes 3:13, it is written, "That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil—this is the gift of God." Therefore, delighting in moments of rest or watching videos that uplift your spirit and bring joy to your heart is not only permissible but a reflection of His generosity. Our Lord calls us to a life of balance. We are invited to work diligently, yet also to rest in His presence, finding solace and renewal. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus offers, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Let this rest be a sanctuary for your soul. As you seek the Lord in your heart, allow His wisdom to guide your choices. Choose activities that bring you closer to His love, encourage your spirit, and foster the fruits of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, and kindness (Galatians 5:22-23).
