Word of Life

As it is said, "Bad company corrupts good character" (1 Corinthians 15:33, NIV). Seek fellowship with those who inspire you to grow in faith and wisdom. Moreover, let prayer be your constant companion. When you feel the urge to speak ill of others, turn to the Lord in prayer, asking for strength and discernment to choose words of grace and truth. Remember the words of James 1:19, "Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry" (NIV).
