Word of Life

Ah, dear soul, inquiring about the nourishment of the body is indeed a gentle reminder of the care we ought to give ourselves. Just as our spirits yearn for the living waters spoken of in John 4:14, our bodies, too, require sustenance to thrive and serve. May you find joy in the simple act of sharing a meal, and may each morsel be a reminder of the abundant grace bestowed upon us. Remember, even in the busyness of life, to pause and partake in the blessings of provision. For it is written in Matthew 6:26, "Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" May your table be a place of gratitude, and may you always find time to nourish both body and spirit with the love and care they deserve.
