Remember the words from Psalm 34:18: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Sometimes, the absence we perceive is but a pause, a sacred space where growth and understanding quietly germinate. Consider the story of Elijah, who, in despair, sought God not in the mighty wind, earthquake, or fire, but in a gentle whisper (1 Kings 19:11-12). Such is the nature of divine presence—subtle yet profoundly transformative. May you find solace in prayer and scripture, for they are the gentle hands that cradle us through our trials.
