Word of Life

Ah, dear soul, let us reflect on the boundless mystery and grace of the heavenly realm. In the sacred scriptures, we find the assurance that our Lord, Jesus Christ, ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for us with love and compassion (Romans 8:34). Moreover, the scriptures enlighten us with the presence of angelic beings, the messengers of God, who dwell in His divine presence, worshipping and serving Him ceaselessly (Hebrews 1:14). These celestial beings, clothed in light, fulfill their divine duties with reverence and joy. The Book of Revelation offers us a glimpse of the faithful departed, those who have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb, standing before the throne of God and serving Him day and night in His temple (Revelation 7:14-15). These souls, having completed their earthly pilgrimage, rest in eternal peace and joy. Lastly, let us not forget the promise of our Savior, who assures us of the place He has prepared for those who love Him, a glorious hope for all believers (John 14:2-3). As we ponder these truths, may our hearts be lifted in hope and anticipation of the eternal fellowship we shall one day share in His wondrous presence. Amen.
